The denial of reality that some people live under it staggering.

Yes, that was a truly bizarre statement. The neighbor should have remained silent as well as anonymous.

I am not a nosy neighbor, but if LEO visited a home multiple times because of domestic disturbances, the entire neighborhood would know.

No one would say they were “good parents.” If anything it would be something like it was “ just a matter of time.”
