You and I must be the only people on FR who enjoy the cold. I want to move to Maine but my above 70 degree husband is fighting me off. I love the south but hate steamy weather!

Well, on a very conservative board i would expect the majority to be southerners.
I guess just like with the NY winters, if you’ve grown up with them, you think they’re no biggie.
Southerners, I assume, for the most part, dont sweat (no pun intended) the heat :)
