Good for Trump. Why the hell would he let people who won’t get behind the republican nominee to speak? I don’t recall McCain or Romney inviting their enemies on stage.

Can't blame Trump for that. Letting people on the stage to badmouth him would be repeating the mistake Bush I made with Pat Buchanan. Even though Buchanan eventually said he endorsed Bush, he did so in a way that was much more than damning with faint praise. A lot of undecided made up their minds when that happened and went over to the (Bill) Clinton camp.
