Can any medical types posit a theory?
With or without wishful thinking bias? ;-)

Last night’s lovemaking
Huma’s hairballs stuck in throat
Called to the carpet
Lisinopril is a blood pressure medication. It causes side effects in some patients. The most common side effect is a persistent cough.

Not a doc, but I had a dry, lingering couch this year. After about a month, I went to the doctor who told me that there was something going around, He called it atypical something or other.
I had some leftover Oxycodone cough medicine that didn’t help. He gave me some antibiotics and that killed it within two days.
Clinton’s issue is certainly much more serious. As a former First Lady, I’m sure her medical coverage is on the Bentley Plan, with the Deusenberg optional upgrades, which means whatever she’s got is chronic, serious and being covered up.
I'm not a doctor, but sometimes extended talking will trigger coughing for me. Hillary's style of practically shouting (which makes her shrill, and isn't endearing to men at all) makes it worse.
In my case, it's gastric reflux. If I don't keep it completely under control, it irritates the back of my throat.

Not a “medical type” but I sometimes pretend to be a gynecologist.
I think she has TB.

I’m not a medical type but my sister in law had the same problem and it was lung cancer... She thought it was a cold; traveled to CA from the Midwest for a funeral and saw a doctor finally when she came home. She was a smoker and as far as I know Hillary isn’t but it wouldn’t be the first time a non smoker had lung cancer.. She fought and won against cervical cancer years before but couldn’t beat lung cancer. The treatment was so brutal, she couldn’t take any more of it and stopped it.
Well, I ain't a medical type, but I'm an eternal optimist.
I'm hoping for thinking it may be terminal.
It could be reflux. One of the symptoms of GERD is coughing, especially after a meal.
And hiLIARy hasn’t missed many meals.
Liver failure with associated ascites and esophageal varices, Cankles may not be fat. That could easily be fluid accumulation due to liver failure.
She has hypothyroidism and this is soemthing that peipel with thyroid problems have ubtil the thyrodi gets fixed ?? based on what is knwon in literature this will persist.

Smoking too much cheap weed for too many years.
CHF.....ACE inhibitor cough....Gerd......allergies with severe post nasal drip triggering the cough...though the cough sounds somewhat dry....chronic bronchitis...copd and emphysema....lung or bronchial carcinoma....paroxysmal svts and or afib...causing a reduction of cardiac out put with back up of fluids into her lungs....amongst other possible conditions...!
As we age our vocal chords lose elasticity. Problems, like coughing, can happen when the person strains his voice, like in delivering a speech.
