Then i guess we dont have to follow any laws we dont want to.
I think Obie has taught us this policy. Now it is backed by the Judicial system. When do we all stop paying the IRS?

Yes, I'm sure it is lost on this knob that he is exercising the first amendment in making these statements. but that free speech thing is soooo 1700's.

He has been on the bench for 35 years. If they haven’t impeached him by now, they never will.

A domestic enemy.
He should be tarred, feathered and run out of his town.
We used to do that, you know.
And cretins like him got the message.

However without some idea of a fundamental principle, we end up with consummate Calvinball. --
That what we have. Posner's point, and I submit it is well taken, is that the historical meaning or interpretation of the cosntitution is irrelevant, becuase SCOTUS rewrites it.
David Strauss is right: The Supreme Court treats the Constitution like it is authorizing the court to create a common law of constitutional law, based on current concerns, not what those 18th-century guys were worrying about.
Are law professors too respectful of the Supreme Court? - Richard A. Posner
Now, he is going to try to walk this back by saying he is referring to professors, and that the rest of us should respect SCOTUS decisions as having foundation in "the constitution."
But fact of the matter is, the constitution was murdered by the courts decades ago.

Judges, politicians and government workers who deal with constitutional issues should be required to take a yearly test on the Constitution and have occasional pop quizzes as well. Fail and be suspended until you pass.
Well, that's how I think it should be!

These liberal judges are surly asking for it - what does he think will happen if Hillary is president and suspends the Constitution in order to write a new one?
