You left out a refinery explosion that occurred in near-midnight AM hours. Woops, scratch that, just came across another article stating the BOOM happened at 11:40 PM Monday local time;

I see no connections between the events you listed, and the refinery flame-up.
Of the three in one day you did wonder about, if by car explosion you were referring to a car burning outside a mosque in Perth, Australia -- how much of an "explosion" was that one? And it could be anti-Islamic reactionaries just as easily as it could be a faked (but accurate, by jimminy, still "accurate") representation of what poor, picked upon Islamicists have to put up with.
The Istanbul bombing, it can be easily enough guessed likely has aspects of Islamic ideology itself as among prime motivation and self-justifications for the act, within the mind of whoever it was that set off that bomb. Motivation like "who is the best Muslim" as part of the mind-confusion mix of an overly (overly? or properly?) zealous Muslim.
