September 8, 2013:100 Years After Woodrow Wilson, Mark Levin Pens A Brilliant Response100 years afte

Someone earning $10,000 could be subject to maximum federal taxes under this limit of $1,500 per year. But someone earning 100 times as much at a million dollars would still be subject to maximum federal taxes of 100 times more, at $150,000 a year. The tax burden could still be skewed proportionally more to the upper income earners, but only by reducing the burden on the lower income earners. In other words, lower rates than 15% could still be imposed on those at the lower income levels, while the highest could still be subject to a top rate of 15%.

This is really not rocket science. And I don’t know how you missed the Trump-bashing. Seriously? On the day of the Benghazi Report release Levin tees off ... AGAIN?

I expect him to come around and endorse Trump before the election though.

After 3+ months of fragging the presumptive GOP nom to the benefit of the Butcher of Benghazi that is too little, too late. Levin can’t unring these bells. He’s lost all credibility.

Not only are Tariffs constitutional, they funded our entire government from 1830 to 1930.

I never in a million years thought I would arrive to a day where I didn’t support Levin. I now begin to wonder about everything. Does he push the ART 5 convention because he knows it will never happen? His anti-Trump rhetoric has forced me to examine his motives. I can’t explain it.

I don’t know as as I should about a national sales tax, or consumption tax, but at this point I would gladly replace the income tax & the IRS with either one. The IRS is anathema to a free people.

True. Mark says they are anti-business. But eliminate corporate and income taxes and businesses in this country would explode. Somehow he has arrived at a conclusion that is 180 degrees out of phase with the Founders.

You changed the subject, I did not miss the “Trump bashing,” and never mind, sorry I responded. Crazy trying to respond to a nebulous post; I will know better next time.....

Agreed.

And in fact, MANY of the ills of our society now can be traced ultimately back to income tax.

Welfare? Why not? We have income tax to cover that!

Multiple-income houseold/kids in gov pre-schools (babysitting)? Income tax to make dad’s job insufficient!

List goes on and on.

This is what astounds me about Mark’s proposed 15% limitation on the income tax. An amendment that cements the IRS into the nation’s fabric? And now he is solidly anti-tariff, which GUARANTEES more income taxes. As I said, he’s lost me.

Mark said that we don’t need tariffs, we have the income tax. He actually said that . . TODAY. How can you support a regressive soul-sucking tax that invades every aspect of a person’s life, over a constitutional INDIRECT tax?

I’m convinced that the Open Borders cabal somehow or some way got to Mark. Whether through book sales, ad sales, or something...it’s just too odd how he has turned.

I wonder if Beck was the ‘pusher’ of the Open Borders $$ that Levin....and others (cough....cough...cRuz) got turned on to. They once were arch enemies and are now on the same (wrong) page.

The IRS needs to go, not elevated as if it’s some kind of national treasure.

I haven’t listened to him since January. He was never good on the economy. Levin doesn’t care where products are made.

My basic point about this post is that we don’t need a “liberty amendment” that makes the IRS more palatable. Repeal the 16th amendment, eliminate corporate taxes, raise tariffs, add a national sales tax, slash the size of government, and watch the economy explode.

I continue to listen and pray that it’s only temporary insanity. I gave up on Beck 3 years ago, don’t want to lose Mark.

“Optima Tax Relief must pay Mark a lot of money. “

All of these “tax relief” companies are the IRS. They setup these little “Our tax professionals used to actually work for the IRS and they can show you the tricks to get your tax bill reduced or even eliminated!” It’s a dragnet. All of these companies are owned and started by the IRS to get people in to sign the damned forms they could have at their local IRS office.

At some point, we all must learn that everyone on the radio, and everyone on the TV and everyone on the internet (Seriously.. except for the Robinsons.. and I’m not just brown nosing) is working the same angle. As a populace we’re nothing more than a tradeable commodity. Beck, Jones, Limbaugh, Levin et al .. they are all just playing our f*ckin strings.

I love listening to Mark Levin go from a spittle spraying rant against Trump to a plug for Sherrie’s Berries.

Yeah, what ever happened to the “chamber of crony capitalism?” Levin is in lock step with them these days. Amazing.

Levin has let his ego, elitism and his personal connection to Cruz get the best of him. His candidate lost, unfairly in his opinion, in the primary and that chaps him raw. Cruz calls us “low info”. I have no doubt Levin has the same low opinion of us.

He is on the payroll of the elite psychopaths and part of the Dialectic-—the only reason he has a platform and is not dead.

The System is immense and powerful—the Leviathan-—and all we need to do is restore “Rule of Law” (Higher Laws/God’s Laws) and erase the Marxist income tax (all Marxist/socialism is “slavery” and is antithetical to the Supreme Law of the Land (Constitution)).

All unconstitutional Laws (ones that promote theft, vice, irrationality are “null and void”-—and we have a DUTY to ignore them and judges have the DUTY to declare them “null and void” yesterday.

Promotion of vice in a Just Law is an oxymoron.....and Levine knows it. Marxism (income “tax” ) is incompatible with Freedom and it allows the government to control and buy/bribe all the politicians. All Just Laws will conform to God’s Laws-—nothing can be antithetical to God’s Laws (Rule of Law). We have Rule of Oligarchy (man is god) since Wilson-—and it has ALL been unconstitutional and promotion of evil in a “Justice” system (which is unconstitutional).
