To: husky ed

Back in the 1980s and 1990s I showed up for every single job application or interview wearing a suit coat, tie and nice pants.

Dish washer, bus boy, gas station attendant - all of them. That’s just how I was raised. I never thought it unusual but more than a few managers did.

This upcoming generation is soft in body and mind. Its amazing.

I'm sorry I forgot to mention that this was a minimum wage job. I worked it in the evening because I love books and got a good discount, which I spent some of my pay on. The rest I spent on my Wife ;-)
