GOES nuts? The guy has always BEEN moon bat nuts ever since I first heard him. After the talk radio shakeup a couple of years back, he replaced Hannity on the only radio station I can receive. I leave the radio on after Rush ends listening to Savage until I can't take it any longer. He's never lasted more than a half hour, and he's usually off after a few sentences. He's clearly the looniest talk radio host I have ever heard.
Two words: Internet Radio....
Most (not all) of the time Savage is 100% correct. He has also supported Trump from the start.
