If they do, I would suspect that it be after she officially becomes the Democrat nominee. Timing is everything. Otherwise, I would think they would have already released them. Throw the Democrat Party into panic mode. I honestly believe Putin dreads the thought of even having to interface with her, due to total lack of respect for her. So why rush it when a more severe impact can be had with a later release. Besides he is already getting signals from Donald that are positive in his point of view.

I really don’t think it will be that effective. The MSM will spin the release of this info as something sinister and fabricated. They can claim the Russians tampered with the emails or created them out of thin air. They will claim that it is an attempt by our enemy to prevent a strong leader like Hillary from becoming President. Never underestimate the power of MSM.
