It is part of the “Strong Cities Initiative”. International policing of the world. As the US Justice department has been taking over local policing, this will morph into a police force from around the world. That way “We the People” will not have to be disarmed and rounded up by “our own”.
Before that happens, it will morph into an emphatic statement of our complete displeasure with this untenable suggestion, that we (you and I and all whom I know) and Trump will cram up their greasy creases sideways if need be.
