this very same thing happened in Northern California. The USDF had a load of soil dumped at the entrance of a county road that lead off into the mountains. The county had it removed thus reopening the road. The USDF again closed it by dumping another load of soil at the entrance and again the county removed it. The sheriff then informed the head of the USDF for that area if they did that again that he personally would be arrested for vandalizing county property. It didn’t happen again.

Precisely. USFS did the exact same thing to a road where I go to visit dearly departed FlyFisher Sr. I’ve used a bunch of the logs to keep warm and toast marshmellows. Heck, I should be able to visit fad again in a couple more yeara.
