This story needs to be posted more time here on FR. We’re up to five posts I think. FWIW, this happened on 6/16/16.
Any cop who responded to this idiocy in any even remotely serious way is utterly out of line.
From what I’ve read elsewhere on the net about this story, the authorities at this school were calling the police several times a day, day after day, for stuff like this.

When I want in High School our school played New Brunswick and any time we went to their ghetto school, our team would be openly called “crakers”, if we would have said anything back like brownies, or the N-Word, we would have been suspended from the game

The parents need to flee NJ before the child is seized by the state and placed in foster care to be abused:
