Both are bad but which is worse?

If I have to pick one it's HRC. I just think she is more actively malicious - Obama is a subversive ideologue.

It looks like a clear violation of the Federal Records Act, passed under her beard’s administration. The State Department’s own manual has referenced the act since 1995.
So it isn’t “just a de minimis violation of rules & regulations” as the `rats (and RATs) frame the matter.
She may also have violated a federal penal statute that makes it a felony for the custodian of government records to conceal or otherwise tamper with them.
But Hillary will probably walk, hope I’m wrong.

The Russians have her e-mail, even if the State Dept is saying they need another 27 months to respond to Citizens United’s request for production. If she does walk away from this, can you imagine the havoc she would cause to our country if she enters the White House?
I suppose this outcome may determine whether we can return to being a nation of laws, not men, or not.

One possible outcome is the GOP-e nevertrumpers gladly agreeing to appointment of a special prosecutor—they are clamoring for it now—so that the matter will linger until after the first week in November.
Lie, stall, delay, obfuscate, slide by: standard Clinton tactics.

Which one, HRC or BHO, is the worst?

HRC is much worse. Obama has that "revolutionary" ideology, but he's lazy and disinterested by nature.

Hillary, on the other hand, is corrupt, evil, and DRIVEN.

I think there is a crossover point as the election gets closer. I suspect we’re now beyond that point.

Hillary would invoke her Fifth Amendment rights but would answer “I cannot recall” which is a lie that cannot be proved.

Technically, it was voluntary. You’re under no obligation to speak to the police, EVER. The burden is on them to build a case strong enough to get a conviction. The fact that she did speak with them leads me to believe that it is all kabuki.

Lynch probably gave Billy a list of questions the FBI was going to ask. Her lawyer reviewed them and they developed canned answers. She will look like she cooperated with the investigation the entire time and this will be spun as a “vast right wing conspiracy.”

It will be her “Have you no shame moment.” Her numbers and polling will increase over time as she is pressed more on this, just as Billy would get North Korean style approval numbers anytime he raped a woman or sold secrets to China.

Sad, but true.

You’re dreaming if you think she will be indicted. The fix is in.

The last thing Republicans want is a free and independent press. The Dems are open about their desire to destroy the country. If there was a true press that looked into Republicans/Chamber of Commerce, I think it would be 10xs worse.

No, but they know they must appease their superiors to raise up through the chain. How would you like to be the ones that recommended indicting here when she becomes President?

My feeling is she sat there for 3 1/2 hours and lied!

I read and I also know how an FBI investigation is done. The lead investigator is an 1811. An 1811 is a Special Agent. In this case a fairly senior agent. Special agents are not appointed by the President.

Apology accepted.

When will she run out of people to lie to? Maybe she has voluntarily lied to the wrong people.

Does the FBI waterboard people? Cause some people just need to be waterboarded.

Anybody else remember this ever happening before in our country? A presidential candidate gets questioned in the FBI offices about her behavior? And she won’t pull out of the race?

This just in from MSNBCCNNABBCNBCCBS: Beast called the meeting to let them know it was time for them to STAND-DOWN or else!
