Trump is capturing the news cycle and the narrative as he does so well.
Trump is a betting man. He is placing a no-lose bet that Hillary will not be indicted. Most likely he is correct. But if by some freak chance Justice DOES indict — well that works for Trump as well. It’s a Win-Win.
