That means the US knew and also lied. Now we are told that they found glass encased radioactive particles all over Tokyo a month or two after the meltdowns. The worse case scenario occurred. They admit that now. Which means, all of Tokyo should have been evacuated. They knew it should have been. Who stopped the evacuation order ? We know economic concerns were the main factor. Everyone in Japan has inhaled these particles. Everyone. And they traveled in the atmosphere.
