“Birtherism” has nothing to do with Obama’s race. It has to do with the total non-existence of evidence that he is an American citizen.

IANAL, but IIRC, States have exclusive rights over original BC’s in our federal system and this won’t be easy! Exposing corruption of HI state officials in placing Barry in the presidency would be the biggest scandal in US history and HI would use every legal tool going up to SCOTUS to resist Trump in coming into their archive!
