Can anyone tell me what a suicide prevention vest is ?
Suicide prevention vest is a straitjacket with a helmet.
I don’t know why. Maybe “straighjacket” is some kind of microaggression against George Straight or psychos or something......
It’s a smock thats made of thick material that covers a prisoner. The Prisoner doesn’t wear any clothes at all underneath it and he can’t tie the smock like you could a pair of pants and hang yourself.

As others have said, this is like a strait jacket with a helmet. When someone high on meth or other drugs (bath salts) starts to go through withdrawal, it gets very bad. As ugly as what that child went through.
That’s the PC term for a straight jacket.
I was curious too and found a photo at another source. Looks more like a homicide prevention vest intended to deter vigilantes. I also wanted to see what this sorry excuse for a father looked like.
