The FBI will simply present the facts to the AG with recomendations.

It is up to her to either except those facts and go forth with charges or reject them.

I doubt she will put forth charges. Result will be a complete breakdown of the justice system in this country. The FBI will go ballistic and we all will see a mutiny never before seen. Those facts will be leaked out to the public.

The ends justify the means and they intend on complete anarchy to get to those means.

Actually, Lynch will have to decide whether to seat a grand jury. It’s the grand jury who decides to indict or not.

Odds are pretty good the FBI will recommend going forward—Comey will look like a fool and a sleaze if he doesn’t, the evidence is overwhelming. Lynch, of course will not take it to the grand jury, but plenty of damage will be done to Hillary when outraged FBI agents and staffers start leaking, which they will do.
