I concur. The FBI has investigated and is turning all the evidence etc over to the DOJ professional prosecutors that will make the decision on whether there is adequate grounds to go forward with an indictment. The FBI did not produce a finding of guilt or innocence.

The DOJ pros will make a decision that will be accepted by the Attorney general if she keeps her word.

As I understand the process, the FBI can not and does not make the decision to indict or bring the case to trial.

The way forward will likely not be announced before the election

We should now be prepared to receive the leaks

It is my view that the election will depend in large measure by the number and quality of the leaks
