I think so. It depends on which group of ratings they reference.
A 26% drop in listeners in a quarter is not going to make advertisers want to sponsor a program.
I would surmise that, since he lost 26% in the Talkstreamlive ratings, he probably lost similar listenership in other ratings venues, including broadcast.
I don’t know anything about Talkstreamlive ratings; in the 80s, they dealt in Cume% Ranking, but a 26% loss of audience is not a good thing, in any case.

I’ll also say who knows if Ted is endorsing Trump. Mark seems to be sure Cruz is not endorsing. Maybe he won’t. Maybe he will. As Mark likes to say, who knows??? Also, to pretend that Trump was being opressive by saying that those who don’t endorse him won’t speak is not only unfair, it also misses the lies told by Cruz, Kasich and Bush on national television during the very first debate in August of 2015. They would endorse the nominee. If Ted Cruz was the nominee, Mark would damn well make sure that everyone who spoke at the covention would endorse Cruz and we would be hearing about it nightly if they didn’t.

Republicans have an opportunity for a landslide victory in November, and Mark and the other rebels are doing all they can to destroy the presumptive Republican nominee.
If the rebels do unseat Trump, they will lose the presidency and also lose the Senate. And likely, they will lose the House in 2018.
But, then, the Pubbies will be back in minority status — a status they seem to prefer.
So today we have Dallas, one in Georgia, Tennesse and Missouri.
