For those who don't know who "Guccifer" is.....he is Marcel Lehel, a Romanian hacker responsible for a number of high-level computer security breaches in Romania and the U.S.

He was extradited from Romania to the U.S. where he was indicted on federal charges.

In May, 2016, he pleaded guilty to 2 federal charges. He is currently awaiting a September 1 sentencing in an Alexandria, Virginia jail.

He claims he hacked Hillary's server, but federal investigators claim they found no evidence of that.

Nonetheless, hacking her server is probably why he’s behind bars here.

Sometimes someone is imprisoned official not for the actual offense, but for some other charge that sucks.
