I believe that this post is nonsense! The police function does not convene grand juries. The prosecutors office convenes grand juries. That would have been under the purview of the DOJ.
The question that should be asked of him tomorrow by congress is: “If we have classified information and send it to our friends on a yahoo email account, will we be prosecuted? Answer ‘yes’ or ‘no’, please.”
