By your math your LEOs have more shootings per capita than the US.
How do you figure? If we have 25 shootings with a population of 35 million and you have 1142 with a population of 324 million, then we have one fatal police shooting per 1.4 million people and the U.S. has one fatal police shooting per 284,000 people.

If the cop just murdered the guy then execute the cop; I would have no problem with that.
If the residents would pick up the tab I have no problem with black cops policing black areas; the disgrace is that primarily white taxpayers have to pay the salaries while being excluded from those jobs.
My town, through a “settlement” with the NAACP, has to let neighboring Newark residents apply for our cop/firemen jobs while Newark is allowed to maintain their residency requirement. Newark probably has the lowest property taxes in NJ; everyone else pays their bills. It has gone on long enough; American taxpayers are fleeing NJ in droves, leaving behind people who don’t contribute anything at all.
Memphis is the largest city in Shelby Co, it has it’s own government and police force, then there is county government and county sheriff who is elected. MPD chief is hired, currently crime is up over 12% with murder being the highest number, mostly black on black killings.
So there is DOUBLE taxation. They just gutted their benefits and pay. While raising their own. You only have to work 12 yrs for the city to retire, not the usual 20. And you have to live in Memphis, not the county. They have plenty of money for BS projects, but not for Police, Fire or Teachers. While the roads go un-repaired, but there sure is a lot of new road construction on I40/240 widening both from Federal $$. Schools are closing as population moves out of high crime areas, as are many businesses moving out of the smaller shopping malls because of the crime. The closest mall to us is a nearly empty shell now high crime and the area looks deserted. There are areas you just don’t go into regardless of your skin color even armed. It’s not on a map, just a section of low income/welfare people, lots of dope, prostitutes, filth, you name it, it’s there. Typical LIBTARD big city.
All of those cities are facing financial collapse, and as a result rather than continuing to pump money into them the Dem strategy is to locate the urban livestock elsewhere - to attach the parasites to a new set of hosts that are tied into 30 year mortgages. Those hosts will provide the education and emergency dollars that simply aren’t there anymore for cities (which will become gentrified playgrounds for the elites).
