The bottom line is that Hillary was a federal employee and treated differently. Comey said that if anyone employed by the FBI did what Hillary did, they would be subject to a robust suitability hearing with a reprimand being a minimum and termination possible. There would be consequences. So what consequences does Hillary face?
The legal standard that the FBI uses to forward a file to the DOJ is "probable cause" a crime was committed.
These are the smart ones.

He has a very strange micro-expression - have you noticed how he bares his teeth while talking? Something is very wrong.
And another question: are you aware if Ms Clinton actually read her emails as SOS? Any REASONABLE person, in the position of SOS, should read their emails, yes? And if she read the emails with the classified stamp in the body of the message, she SHOULD HAVE KNOWN SHE WAS TRANSMITTING CLASSIFIED INFORMATION OVER AN UNSECURE SERVER???’
Remember, Comey is a Republican and totally expendable. I'll give him two days before he resigns or takes a walk in Marcy park.
I do think he is unstable at this point.

Just more proof, if any more were needed, that the Clinton’s soil and corrupt everything they come in contact with. And when history gave Comey the opportunity to strike a blow for justice and truth he sits there lying and dissembling as shamelessly as any crook or con man ever did.
But the laws and guidelines for handling classified material are like the traffic laws. They are there to prevent bad things from happening and simply failing to follow those laws is a crime no matter what was intended or whether there were any bad outcomes. - They are laws to prevent bad outcomes.
This is one of the most disgusting episodes in US politics for many decades.

Bypass the government, bypass Congress, bypass Comey - get that on the front page of the NYT, WaPo, cable news, and so on. Take it straight to the people.

They should ask Comey if he would trust HRC to have her finger on the nuclear button.
The republicans are even worse. They stood silent as an illegal, ineligible usurper was installed as commander-in-chief, and then ran three ineligible candidates for the same office.

The Clinton episode (which unfortunately does not seem to have ended yet) is definitely one of the most disgusting periods of your fair republic.
