During testimony before Congress on Thursday, FBI Director James Comey stated that the FBI’s interview with presumptive Democratic presidential nominee former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton was not under oath or recorded, but it still would be a crime to lie to the FBI.
Comey stated that he did not personally interview Clinton, and did not talk to all of the “five or six” who did interview Clinton.
He was then asked, “did she testify or talk to them under oath?” Comey answered, “No.” But added that “it’s still a crime to lie to us.”
When asked if there was a transcript of the interview, Comey stated that there wasn’t one because the interview wasn’t recorded, but there was an analysis of Clinton’s interview.

If a recording or transcript was not done, how would the FBI compare
that to what she said?
It’s clear his mind was made up before the last interview. He just reviewed a review of the unrecorded and un-oathed testimony, and sent his report on to Lynch, who wasted no time in rubber-stamping it.

What difference would that make in this case? It does not matter if you put the Clintons under oath. They commit perjury and never get prosecuted.
Isn’t lying to the FBI exactly what former speaker Dennis Hastert was charged and convicted for?
Why has no one asked Comey yet if there is still an ongoing investigation into the Clinton Foundation?
So the HRC interview was just kabuki theatre. Two days later Comey is at a press conference saying no charges. SMH. Comey should join the circus a contortionist act. He makes a pretzel cringe.
I take back what I said yesterday regarding Comeykazi. Evidently he chose career suicide rather than Arkancide. What a joke.
Trump is right. It’s a rigged system. Whatever the Clintons have on Comey must be bad.
