FBI Director James Comey said Thursday that former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton may not have been "sophisticated enough" to understand the classified markings on emails she sent and received, which explains why did didn't know she was breaking the letter of the law.
Under intense questioning from Republicans, Mr. Comey said Mrs. Clinton’s public explanations of her behavior were not true. But he said his investigators couldn’t find evidence that Mrs. Clinton intended to break the law, which he said is the key to making a criminal case.

Democrats praised Mr. Comey for his findings, and blasted the GOP for demanding he testify in the first place.
"Today's hearing is political theater," said Rep. Gerry Connolly, Virginia Democrat.

This could be made into a very effective "different standards" / "system is rigged" commercial, with a slight alteration:
{Siren; driver [young Mom with kids] looks shocked; scene of police pulling over her car...}
Officer: (To lady driver): "Ma'am, I have you on radar going 55 in a 35 zone. Didn't you see that speed zone sign a half mile back?"
Woman: "Oh golly, Officer! I didn't see that sign!".
Officer: "I'm sorry Ma'am. Not paying attention is not an allowable excuse. Please step out of the car for a sobriety test."
Then play a Comey excerpt, with appropriate subtitling, saying Hillary did not intend to break the law, and end with something to the effect of "Would YOU get this break? And is this the America we want?"
This would need "Bang, bang, bang" production to stay @ 30 seconds, but it could be done.
Several other variations could be spun off, even questioning Hillary's sobriety, but always coming back to "preferential treatment"...
Seriously? She was Secretary of State (which deals fairly heavily in classified material as a matter of course). She’s a lawyer. She was not only Bill’s First Lady, but deeply involved in the policy stuff. That’s absurd.
Hillary Clinton is not sophisticated enough to understand the Bill of Rights, either.
But she is the smartest woman on the planet and most qualified person in the universe to be president. Whiskey-Tango-Foxtrot?
