My problem with Rush’s theory is that Comey could have referred the issue to Justice with a recommendation to convene a grand jury. Lynch would never have done it, and that would have been that. There would have been an uproar, but Lynch is nowhere near as visible as Comey. And history would remember nothing of Loretta Lynch.

When I retired from the Department of State, my security clearance wad retired along with me. The idea being floated that the DoS has an active TS Security Clearance for Hillary and her staff is pure bunk; the issue is a non-issue and if Hillary is seeing Classified Information based on a TS Clearance issued by the State Department, then I too should still hold my clearance, no? So her clearance now is simply as a Candidate for the Office of the Presidency.

Hillary is making millions with her foundation, and insider trading based on knowldege of CIA Analytical Reports, Trade negiotations, and military actions that can dictate prices or contracts.

I think Rush has it wrong. I don’t think Hillary has info on Comey, I think a Clinton representative told him “that’s a nice family you have there, it would be a shame if something happened to them.”

I totally disagree.

IMO, Lynch told Comey that the DOJ was going to 'add' in the 'lack of intent' phrase to the law concerning , and if he recommended charges, he would end up being embarrassed because "no prosecutor would take the case" and DOJ would drop the charges.

He had no choice.
