Ever since I joined, 11 years ago (gad, has it been that long?) I’ve been very clear about who I am: I’m a Democrat, probably left-of-center is best classification. I joined because (a) I found myself in complete agreement with Freepers on the Terry Schiavo case and (b) I have respect for the intelligence and variety of experiences represented by Freepers, even if y’all sometimes have smoke literally coming out my ears. When I joined, I made a promise to myself that I would not get into opinion arguments over politically charged questions...I would just present facts, and occasionally ask questions. I believe I’ve more or less succeeded.

Obama is more likely secular/atheistic leftist or thinks of himself as a god rather than a true believer muslim. All his positions mirror the former far more than the latter. Sure he kowtows to radical islam at every chance but that is just SOP for typical secular leftists. Insert any other given radical ideology undermining america and he would and does support that just as enthusiastically. I get the desire to tie him to a threat that people think the general public understands more but in the end Obama is a socialist first and foremost before a muslim.
