This appears well trained for and pre-planned. They most likely waited for this opportunity. They would have to use scopes on their rifles to target those officers from a distance and have trained in using them. No civilians or protesters were injured.

If two or more shooters, some form of communication between them as to who was targeting whom. This was no random crime. Appears pre-planned for the opportunity. They also had an exit strategy. Were able to exit the immediate area? Coordinated get away vehicles? Unless suspects are hiding in those buildings.
