After watching the Comey hearings today with a number of black congressmen raising the issue of the police shootings of black men, it appears to me to be BLM-related. ISIS would not be so selective in targeting.
I expect the Dems to blame Trump for creating this atmosphere of racial and ethnic strife. They will use it to energize their base.
