I also think this may go on for a while. They guy they arrested was probably part of the 'team', but cops didn't catch him actually shooting and he ditched the weapon.
That leaves 2 snipers (at a minimum) still loose.
It seems this 'team' is well-funded, well-coordinated, and well-supplied.
The Chief’s statement stated: “2 snipers from elevated positions”.
I believe those were his words.
The Chief just stated suspect cornered in multi level garage cornered, 2 snipers, ambush style, 11 cops shot.
