Hillary is a pandering fool. So... does she think Obama’s black half doesn't understand his white half, so that's why he stutters???

Per Hannity... since Obama took office seven and one half years ago, in just Chicago alone, 3,479 blacks have been murdered by other blacks.
Imagine the body count when ALL blacks murdered by other blacks, is added up from all over America, during the same time frame.
