How do you KNOW he has a valid CCW? All you have is his “Girlfriends” word for that. The Sheriff of the county for that area has already said no application under Castiles name was ever submitted and no application was ever approved. After Ferguson & Trayvon & all the others I am continually amazed at how many people buy into the first narrative. THEY have a playbook. They cue it up every time. It’s always false & misleading. Lies make the front page, corrections are on A28 days or weeks later. It is much more likely that this guy did not have a valid CCW. There are videos of him and Lavish smoking weed, hot boxing the car with a kid in the back seat. He was driving around w/o a license, high, illegally carrying a concealed weapon, possessing drugs, all with a kid in the back seat. Highly doubtful he is a responsible gun owner who takes seriously gun ownership and concealed carry. If it looks like a thug, walks talks and acts like a thug, it’s most likely a thug.

You are correct. I don’t have proof he had a legal open carry. Can you send me the link to the sheriff stating this? I’ve not heard it and couldn’t find anything online. All I see online is fiends and family members stating he had a legal carry. Watching the local news (Minneapolis) this morning, there is no word stating he did not have the license.
This whole thing will be very interesting in how it plays out. People on one side stating he is a gang-banger with a felony rap sheet and people on the other stating he was a saint....
