Biggest fear would be BLM thugs radicalized by ISIS. This is a sniper, so probably not that. It does seem a lot like the situation of the snipers that changed the Kiev protests into an excuse to take down the government.

Perhaps, if we learn who sponsored these snipers, we'll have a better understanding of who or what caused chaos in those other countries.

On snipers:

In civilized societies, people don’t target innocents. If this had happened in MN or LA, it would have been easier to understand. But Dallas wasn’t on the radar.
They were killing people who were not connected to the events. That’s the actions of the Nazis and Soviets in WW2 and terrorists today. They targeted innocents in an attempt to terrorize.

In the video that I saw, the shooter was trained in “house to house” assault his target did not stand a chance. Typically a sniper does not use an AK type weapon.
