The odd part....who thinks to “live stream” as a first thought in a situation like this? I find it weird.

I think when your framework is that is what happens to folks who look like me, reaching for your iphone and recording and uploading might be your first thought. I also think no cop goes out thinking “I want to find some one to kill.” The distrust and the fear has escalated by both cops and blacks. Last night isn’t going to help de-escalate those fears.
