Obama: America is not as divided as some suggest

WARSAW, Poland (AP) -- President Barack Obama on Saturday rejected the notion that this week's stunning violence is a signal that the U.S. has returned to some of the darkest days of its past, saying that as painful as the killings of police and black men were, "America is not as divided as some have suggested."

"Americans of all races and all backgrounds are rightly outraged by the inexcusable attacks on police, whether it's in Dallas or anyplace else," Obama said from Warsaw, Poland, where he attended a NATO summit.

"That includes protesters. It includes family members who have grave concerns about police conduct and they've said that this is unacceptable," Obama added. "There's no division there."

Boy, it’s so nice to have someone with their feet on the ground with a good grasp of reality straightening all of us out.

Obama versus America - yet astonishingly America elected him TWICE.

Love to see him go up against Trump and get skewered.

All these prognosticators about Obama’s legacy. The worst president in our history. I hope every one of his official acts is repealed, erased and forgotten. Obama’s legacy: the Forgotten President.

Barry needs to try and get out more often. Knock off the going to foreign countries to bow, praise and apologize. He needs to put his loafers on the ground in the real America.

“He has no clue that this country is a powder keg waiting for a match.”

Oh I beg to differ! He’s completely clued in, and my guess is he has a match and is itching to use it. I thought Jimmah Cahata was an a$$hole who hated his country, but the old boy is still in low gear when compared to Obola. As for praying for our country, you bet. Pray that we survive the next six months and we elect Trump!

Yeah, right, Ears.

After YOU have helped foster this climate of hate?

After YOU have forced division in this country?

Reprehensible! Unconscionable! Leave the Presidency early and go into a well-deserved very obscure retirement! Jerk!

The dashiki is the giveaway. You can be American but not in a dashiki.

We can agree that the combination of dashiki and clenched fist is a problem. But if you have only one or the other I think the native dress is worse.

Know exactly how Paine felt when he uttered the phrase,
“These are the times that try Man’s soul”. How many more days of the Schmuck-in-Chief?????

“Americans of all races and all backgrounds are rightly outraged by the inexcusable attacks on police, whether it’s in Dallas or anyplace else,” Obama said from Warsaw, Poland, where he attended a NATO summit.

“That includes protesters.”

But not including the protesters who taunted the police as their fellow officers bled out in the street.

"Obama: America is not as divided as some suggest."

True.
It is even more divided than most suggest.

And intentionally so, by you, and your minions, and your master, Hussein.

Obama sounds like he has marbles in his mouth. What a dumb cluck. Rambles on and on like there’s no connection to time or place....finally when he finishes, no one remembers the question. A disgrace to our nation.

Prayers are all that will save us at this point.
Everybody is mad as hell at everybody else.

It takes a lot of guts to love ones “enemies”.

I think the Black Community & victims in SC after Dylan Roof’s murderous rampage is an outstanding example of what should be displayed by Christians these days.

The White Hut wants us to seethe with rage. We shouldn’t.
