“Hold your hands (pasengers as well) out the window in plain sight as the officer approaches.”
Excellent advice. Another piece of advice is, the first word out of you mouth should be;
“I have a CCW and am armed.”
I have used that or a variant of it for many years and never had a problem.
Of course here in Arizona, you only need to say, “I am armed”.
The answer is usually. “So is everyone.”
Which begs the question;
Why are there not daily police shootings in Constitutional Carry states?
In Vermont, (a Constitutional Carry state) 75% of the population own firearms. Vermont is 94% white. There are approximately two firearms homicides a year in Vermont, population 635,000.
