Lots of gun ranges available around here for practice and the building is a public parking garage. He didn’t need any special access. The protest route was well publicized and anyone with a basic knowledge of downtown Dallas could have figured out where and when to start firing.
I think a checking of timelines on the police officers shooting the black men, the BLM migration from Illinois (one of the protestors interviewed was named Alex Felix who stated he was from Illinois which would usually take 2 days via road trip unless they were all flown in by someone who picked up the tab), and the subsequent Dallas shooting might suggest that this was all pre-planned. The video shows superior shoot and movement skills. The officer behind the pillar was like a Quake gamer camping with no situational awareness in comparison. I refuse indeed to believe that a National Guard POG could do something like this. PoGs hardly shoot once or twice a year and many never can qualify
