Hillary has a law degree and has passed the bar exam in the past. She signed a lifetime NDA regarding classified information. Anyone who signs that document has a lifetime obligation to abide by the contents. She can't plead ignorance. She signed the damn agreement. yes, according to Wiki she served on the Senate Armed Services Committee and THREE sub-committees of that body which should have required some knowledge and competence in dealing with classified materials, sensitive security issues etc.:

If she didn’t come through these experiences with minimum competency and knowledge, enough to know what questions to ask and what all the issues are wrt national security, then she is far too inept and stooopid to be in any position of national importance.
