No matter, Comey will say she left her glasses home. She could not see the paper, therefore no criminal intent. No reasonable prosecutor would take on such as case.

Perhaps even worse - there will be a witness signature (possibly two witnesses depending on the specific form). If she lied, so did the trainer/witness.
