I disagree with both. It is in fact a Vepr and you can fit just about anything to any AK now.
The standard AK, whether stamped or milled receivers, are becoming nearly as configurable as the AR15. There are tons of aftermarket parts, even adapters that will allow the user to adapt different stocks.
Look closely at the two rivets next to the stock. That marking that looks like a stamp mark in between them is only found on Saiga’s.
The Zhukov Stock is incompatible with a Vepr. Even the pistol grip (Magpul) wouldn’t be able to fit.
Check it out. Vepr’s don’t use that marking.
