It is educational reading the full indictment linked to above. If those screen shots are genuine and it's him giving a gang sign (I don't know what those hand-signs are but the indictment makes reference to hand-signs being used as evidence of association with three particular gangs involved in child prostitution: "Tycoon", "PGF" and "Add-it-up") then he would most certainly be a 'person of interest' to the LEOs - and might go a way to explain why he was the target a so many 'routine' traffic stops.

Could it possibly be officers within St Anthony PD know exactly what the grievance industry does when they create a false narrative?Yes, same thing the Ferguson Police Dept did by RELEASING surveillance video showing Michael Brown, aka the "gentle giant" THUG robbing a store and roughing up the clerk.
This despite our so-called Dept of Justice ordering the Ferguson police NOT to release that video. To echo the posted article ... hmmmm, why do you think that is?

Sundance says that he is a member of the Tycoons gang. There is a picture with him in it. “Lavish”, the one who videoed the shooting says “When yo Nigga with the #Tycoon #Movement....etc.
And then there is an indictment for Racketeering involving numerous Tycoon’s.
Just in the name of transparency. After all BLM claims he’s a dindunuffin. Being a member of a criminal street gang kinda changes that doesn’t it?

I’ve still not seen any evidence that he had a valid CCW beyond what “Castile’s girlfriend said”.

*******
Sundress is a Tycoon AND a blog pimp? How does she do it all?

Are we really going to use traffic violations to attempt to justify this officers actions? I'll take the cop's word against this now deceased sub-human POS thug and his sub-human female companion any day, regardless how shaky the evidence.
Don't bother calling me a racist; sub-humans come in all colors.

The guy never had more than a traffic ticket, and he’s a “sub-human POS”?
Apparently, there’s a lot those, then. Probably most people on FR, including you and I.

Philando ‘had’ a permit to carry issued when (past tense) he lived in Robinsdale, which is in Hennepin County. He now live(d) in Ramsey County and was required by state law to report to the Ramsey County Sheriffs department his new address within 30 days. He didn't. That is why the Ramsey County Sheriff's department has no record of Philando’s carry permit. For others joining this thread, Hennepin County is the greater Minneapolis area and Ramsey County is the greater Saint Paul area.

You’ve just made my point. That link is the best the MSM can do so far to show that Castile had a valid carry permit: “a source” says.
The ONLY OFFICAL statement I seen so far comes from the Ramsey County Sheriff’s Office: “Mr. Castile never applied for a permit to carry with our office. Therefore we did not issue his permit.” [when he lived in Robbinsdale]
If he had a permit (1) where/when was it issued (2) was it still valid?
To: Traveler59
thanks for clarifying that

On a technicality (reading the small print!) I think MN state law requires the holder to report a permanent change of address to the original issuing office, not the new location. Failure to report a change is a petty misdemeanor - which in itself, as with the traffic misdemeanors, doesn't appear to invalidate the permit. (It would seem to be the responsibility of the issuing office to forward the details to the new office, in this case Hennepin to Ramsey.)
