Great points. Not only are we getting Trump, but we are getting the Trump family, the Trump brand, the Trump success formula, and... the Trump work ethics, amongst many other Trump qualities.

It makes one wonder why he felt he should have Ivanka there. The guys travel with him a lot but he felt the need to have her there. Is it really a Vice position or another position? The Jewish mix I wouldn’t normally say is in play but Pence is really pro-Israel. It has me wondering.

The kids being there, could be nothing more than- the fact that they were passengers on an aircraft that had mechanical problems, and... another mitigating fact that their dad happens to be running for POTUS, using that airplane, and the trip to the governor’s mansion was expedient to the breakdown’s location, because Pence then, could get the word regarding the VP pick, face to face, and the kids/advisors were either there acting in their official capacity, doing whatever it is they do, or they were there because their dad is running for POTUS and it was in part, business as usual- meaning a little bit like a family event/trip. The a/c breakdown MAY be a ruse. I see some brinksmanship playing out most excellently.

It's just that SO many other posters have said that Ivanka or one of the boys should be his VEEP. LOL
He really relies on his eldest kiddos' opinions about a lot of things. he makes up his own mind, but he DOES really does lean on and trust the immediate members of his family.

Saw a Faceboook posting from Trump, that he was announcing VP pick but as a supporter we would be the first to know, because he would send text/tweet beforehand!
The Pence kids were there for breakfast too. At least daughters were. Michael is a marine. He a PU graduate and a pilot. Family is very important to Pence just as it is go Trump. It will be the deciding factor. Expect the Pence kids to join the Trump in campaigning. Charli the oldest daughter has an Emmy for her documentary FLEECED. She might film the entire thing as that is her expertise.
He also loves Jared. He was there. too Trust both of their opinions
