VITAMIN WATER contains electrolytes too.

Make yourself some weak Darjeeling tea with lemon, honey, and a cinnamon stick in it.

Eat plain/dry toast to absorb the yuck in your tummy!

Plain white rice is good too, but tasteless and it takes too long to make, unless you add it to chicken soup, which will make you feel better too!
