Otherwise, it's ready for occupation. After 2+ centuries of self-rule infighting, corruption and internecine destruction add the earthquake of 2010 (most of PAP still looks like the earthquake happened last week...) and it's ready for the NBP, BLM or one of LilShaun's fundraising schemes...
I have no doubt that they can return Haiti to it’s glory days as the “Pearl of the Antilles”.
