Police also said they'll stop patrolling the Browns' stadium in protest.

Think we'll accept your apology? Kiss my ass.
Right on, right on, right on. EFF 'em all ...

He adds that if Crowell doesn't go to Dallas and make a donation, "I will pull Cleveland officers, sheriffs, state troopers out of First Energy Stadium this season if he doesn't make it right."
Not sure when or if he's going to Dallas, but he's already donating his first game check to the Dallas fund.

Stephen Loomis, President of Cleveland Police Patrolmen’s Association, thinks the “store-bought apology” isn’t enough. “He needs to go to Dallas, help the families who lost their loved ones last week, write them a check, look them in the eyes and give a heartfelt apology.”

More of the “I’m sorry I got caught” apologies. If a white man had done the same thing against a black man he would have been fired.

The media decries the “crassness” of our public debate?
I actually like it. Its been a one-way street for decades, with the Left able to push through anything using Alinskyite, thug tactics, accusations and bullying. Its become the norm - and there’s never any payback or pushback.
I like to see others respond to them in kind.

I agree. However, their call for him to make a donation has already been met. Just wanted to point that out.

I think the leftists don’t like their own strategies being used on them. Suck doesn’t it. Wait till we sue a gay couple for refusing to bake an Easter cake.
You guys brought it on yourself...

Wouldn’t that be punishing the public for this idiot’s sin? The public are the ones who will be endangered with no police presence, not the rich football players who can get ferried to the stadium in limousines.
To: mmichaels1970
I’m glad you did - but aren’t you sick of rich people being able to say or do anything they want then basically being blackmailed (opps are we still allowed to use that word?) into throwing cash at the situation? Cash doesn’t hurt him - being suspended from 4 games might.

Glad to see I'm not the only one who thinks the apology was nothing more than a back peddle. I think Loomis speaks for more than a few of us.

It would. Good point. Police are sworn to protect and serve even those who might hate them. That's part of what makes their job so tough and why they should garner our respect.
I can also guarantee that this isn't going to happen.

Cash doesnt hurt him - being suspended from 4 games without pay and a $250,000 fine might. A better idea?

The guy has some balls. Wish more police would step up like this..but I know their jobs are on the line.
Pray for President Trump to right this sinking ship.

Getting better.... ;^) I’m just angry that people are going crazy over a career criminal who struggled with the police and got shot. It wasn’t like a babysitter was strolling down the street and the police just took aim at him.

The stadium and Browns organization can hire a private security firm to replace the police...
Maybe they can hire Nation of Islam thugs !!!
