A 20-year-old Sikh man was kicked out of an overnight queue to watch the Wimbledon tennis championships as he apparently made other people around him "uncomfortable".
Govindpal Kooner took to Facebook last week to voice his anger at being thrown out and claimed it was an act of racism, cases of which have reported a rise in the wake of Britain's vote to leave the European Union (EU).

May be it is time to ditch the 16th century and join the 21st century. Turban and beard are so medieval.

What's the difference? You mean how in the 21st Century we're educated and think things through, using sophisticated digital pocket telecommunications hardware to take five seconds to determine that Sikhs are peaceful non-Muslims who have been horribly victimized by Islam, versus just the 16th Century method of attacking them and throwing them out because they don't dress exactly like the rest of the collectivist techno tribe and vaguely remind us of bad guys?

One of my doctors at the Cleveland Clinic was a Sikh. Pretty smart guy I’d say, probably not living like a medieval peasant.

He would make life easier for himself and those around him if he dressed similar to other men in that country. This doesn’t mean he has to give up being proud of his Sikh heritage.

Indeed. Sikhs have always been good folk throughout history. Tall, civilized, loyal, fierce, educated and anti-Muslim.
