I think France should restart its above ground nuclear testing programs. Gee, they have enough reactors over there to put out whatever nuclear fuel they need. Of course, where they choose to do there testing is their choice. I have a few recommendations if they want to hear them but I suspect they already have a good idea.
If they did it out somewhere in remote French Polynesia they might get the opportunity to sink another Green Peace ship.
