(CNN)Secretary of State John Kerry insisted Sunday that a recent spate of terrorist attacks reflects that ISIS is "on the run" in Iraq and Syria.
Kerry downplayed attacks like the shooting at an Orlando nightclub, a driver's rampage through a crowd in Nice and the Istanbul airport attack, saying they don't reflect the strength of the group in its home bases.
Those attacks "the desperate actions of an enemy that sees the noose closing around them," he told CNN's Jake Tapper on "State of the Union."

On the run to their next target or targets! Now they have nukes with them getting Turkey.

If it wasn’t for Obama taking all our troops out...there would be no ISIS in Iraq. And if we had stayed out of Syria, ISIS may have not infiltrated so deeply. We gave them MORE cause.

ISIS is a new phenomenon, a crowd-sourced war ideology. It is not a country or an army, though it does have two types of fighters. It has what appears to be a military and territory, but it can reach fighters it doesn’t even know it has. They are connected to it through a common war ideology and social media; a lethal combination. There is probably no military solution as we can, and should, kill their visible components but not their crowd-sourced unknown fighters.
The solution is replacing their war ideology, commonly known as Islam, with a different one. Christianity would be ideal, except the Left in the West has worked hard and successfully to destroy Christianity in all its incarnations; hospitals, charity, and public unity. All of this in the name of “diversity.”
Well, France, you’ve achieved diversity. How’s that feel?

TURKEY is a country with military assets that are about to fall into enemy control. John Kerry has a full plate and better dance like a turkey on a hot griddle to get to his next press conference and do another spin dance.
All it takes for an attack is one person to think ISIS is cool. No direct orders are even neccessary. That is the screwed up aspect of it all.
He was in Vietnam, you know. And, he docked his yacht in RI for convenience, not to avoid MA taxes.

History may record that the biggest failure of the Obama administration (bigger than Iran nuke deal, bigger than Libya, bigger than creating and arming ISIS, bigger than trying to turn Egypt over to the Muslim Brotherhood, bigger than trying to ram through TPP etc.) is the LOSS OF TURKEY—the one modern, secular Muslim country in the world, a key NATO ally that borders Iraq, Iran, the Mediterranean and the former USSR-—to Islamism.
Obama’s a##hole buddy, his best “friend” amongst foreign leaders, is Tayyip Erdogan.
